Children’s Event: Secrets Beneath the Sea
06 July 2026
Following the launch of the Secrets Beneath the Sea exhibition on Brighton seafront, a collaboration between Sussex Wildlife Trust, Wayforward Brighton and Locate Productions, we’re hosting a dedicated children’s morning designed to connect young people with local marine life and the coastline around them.
The morning includes a live reading from Brighton author Dr Marc Abraham OBE, sharing his new book Leon’s Reef, alongside the exhibition of Sussex marine species. We’re also pleased to welcome Mayor Theresa Fowler, who will be joining the event. Families will then be invited to take part in a community beach clean in collaboration with Surfers Against Sewage.
